Shipping
Bad Kitty Exotic Wear.com will process and ship your order within 24-48 hours. This is an approximate time frame, based on stock and quantity. If we receive your order over the weekend, the order will begin processing on the following Monday morning. We use USPS and UPS Ground for all orders within the U.S. 2nd Day shipping and 3 Day shipping rates are also available for an additional shipping fee. We currently do not offer Next Day Rates. If you are interested in these options, please contact us or leave us a comment in the check out page. We will then contact you with the additional charge for the shipping.
Shoes (Domestic Only): All shoe orders will be processed within 3 business days of the date of purchase. All shoe orders are shipped UPS ground. Once your order has been shipped it will take approximately 5-7 business days to reach you. Shoes are shipped separately from the apparel. Sorry but we are no longer shipping shoes Internationally!
Shoes CAN NOT be shipped to PO Boxes or APO's!
If you have a P.O. Box, we will have to ship your order through the U.S. Postal Service, and there may be a delay in shipping. Totally not our fault!
Bad Kitty Exotic Wear reserves the right to choose the shipping method of delivery.

Domestic Shipping: (within the U.S.A.) | 5-7 Business Days
Bad Kitty Exotic Wear offers a flat rate shipping of $9.99. Order as much as you want and the cost will still be the same.
International Shipping: (outside of the USA) | 6-10 Business Days
We offer a flat rate of $20.00 for all international orders. All orders are shipped either Express Mail International or Priority Mail International. Bad Kitty Exotic Wear reserves the right to choose the shipping method for each order processed. Please be advised that International delivery will be between 6-10 business days from the shipment date.
Returns
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER!
Ok, so you get why we can’t take it back right? Health Codes! We can not accept returns for items including but not limited to panties/thongs, shorts, skirts, apparel sets with G-String or Thongs, Rompers, Swimwear or any clothing with any sign of wear. And believe me we know! Any items that are sent for return that show any signs of wear will be immediately returned to you at your expense. Items that can be returned are dresses and some tops. Top returns are at the discretion of Bad Kitty.
If you need to return an item it MUST be in its original packaging with the TAGS ON IT!!! WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY GARMENTS WITH OUT OUR TAGS!
You are required to notify Bad Kitty Exotic Wear within 10 days of your purchase via email at info@badkittyexoticwear.com regarding the return. At that time you will be given an RA # that you must include on your return. You will also be provided the address to send your return to. Please do not send returns to our RI address. Your return must be received by us within 14 days of the receipt of return authorization. Bad Kitty Exotic Wear is not responsible for the shipping charges incurred for the returned merchandise and you will not be refunded the original shipping cost of the order. If you do not follow the guidelines of our Return Policy, BadKittyExoticWear.com reserves the right to refuse the return.
We can not accept returns on shoes for wrong sizes chosen. You may only return shoes if they are defected from the manufacturer.
