This stunning over the shoulder dress gently flows across the breast and slips through the brilliant rhinestone studded arched piece and ties the soft black poly skirt with the shimmer foil top to complete the dress. Top and skirt are sewn together so there is no chance of separation. Skirt fabric is doubled for the seamless hem and added opaqueness.
